1 pound sirloin beef, sliced very thinly
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tbsps, calamansi juice / lemon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, cut into rings
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Combine beef, soy sauce, calamansi, and black pepper. Cover the bowl and let the beef marinade for least 2 hours. Do not discard the soy sauce marinade. In a frying pan, saute the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes. Then add the beef and pan fry it until done. After which, pour in the marinade into the pan and let it boil for 1 minute. Serve with rice.
