Giniling na baboy (Ground Pork)

1 tbs vegetable oil
1 lb ground pork
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 potato, diced
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
3 tbsps soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf

Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil. Add pork and saute until cooked. Add in onions, raisins, carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper, tomato sauce and bay leaf. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce and let simmer until potatoes are done.
