Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
1 tbs cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 bay leaves
1 tbs pepper
Procedure:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add pork, soy sauce and vinegar and let simmer until pork is done. Segregate pork and leave sauce in pan. In a different pan add 1 tsp oil and pan fry pork for around 3 minutes. Add pork back to sauce and let simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
